Standard Shipping Service in Europe (Mainland)
Deliveries are available within the Eurozone, with a standard delivery time of 4 to 8 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that shipments do not include islands or overseas territories.
All orders placed after 4 PM (UTC/GMT +01:00) Europe/Madrid will be dispatched on the next working day.
Shipping Service for Europe
Mr. Confetti ships exclusively to mainland Portugal within the Iberian Peninsula. This shipping service has a delivery time of 24–48 hours, and shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the purchase. Shipping costs will be reflected in the shopping cart before payment and checkout.
General Terms of Sale
The buyer has read, acknowledges, and accepts the content of these general terms of sale as governing the products available on mister-confetti.com.
Prices and Taxes
The prices listed on mister-confetti.com do not include VAT and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are valid unless there are typographical errors, stock shortages, or changes from our suppliers. Similarly, product images and descriptions may not fully match the original item (e.g., colour, shape, etc.).
Residents within the European Union, except those in non-EU territories, are required to pay the applicable VAT. Purchases made by individuals or entities residing in non-EU countries will be exempt from VAT. Geographical areas such as the Azores are considered non-EU territories.
If a purchase is made by an individual, company, or entity exempt from VAT, documentation must be provided to demonstrate eligibility for issuing an invoice without this tax.

Payment Methods
Our online store offers several payment methods:
Credit Card: Payments are processed securely via the Redsys virtual payment platform.
PayPal: Accepted as an additional payment method.
Bank Transfer: Payments are also accepted via bank transfer.

Products paid for via credit card or PayPal are dispatched immediately, whereas those paid for via bank transfer will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account (this may take a few days, depending on the bank).
Shipping and Delivery
All shipments of goods are subject to shipping fees. If the buyer wishes to use a different courier, they must notify us in advance. In such cases, only the cost of the products will be charged.
mister-confetti.com is not responsible for any damage to goods caused by potential mishandling by the courier. The recipient must check the condition of the received goods before signing the delivery note.
If any packaging or goods are received in a visibly damaged or broken state, this must be reported to the courier at the time of receipt and noted on the delivery document. Additionally, the incident must be reported to mister-confetti.com within 24 hours. Otherwise, it will be assumed that the order was received in perfect condition.
mister-confetti.com is not liable for delays in product delivery due to force majeure.
Returns
This sale is subject to the Retail Trade Management Law and/or the General Consumer and User Protection Law. Due to the exceptional nature of the products sold and their characteristics, returns are not accepted. By agreeing to this document, the customer acknowledges and accepts these sales conditions.
Returns will only be accepted if the items delivered do not match the order placed. In such cases, Mr. Confetti will take responsibility for making the necessary corrections.
Technical Specifications of Products
All our products are manufactured to strict quality standards to ensure uniformity. However, during manufacturing and for purely technical reasons, there may be slight variations in colour, tone, size, and/or shape, even between different batches of the same product.
If such variations occur, they are minor and not considered manufacturing defects. Furthermore, achieving an exact colour on the website depends on the customer’s monitor calibration, correct output profiles, and the lighting environment in use. Therefore, as a general rule, returns related to colour, tone, size, and/or shape are not accepted.
